The latest Hitwise Report shows remax.com comes in at No. 11 in June. Many competing real estate franchise websites dropped significantly in the rankings, such as Keller Williams, which fell another nine spots to 84 after a twelve-spot drop in May. Coldwell Banker fell seven spots to No. 31.

RE/MAX appears four times on the top 30 list of real estate-related search terms, moving up one spot to No. 4 ahead of "real estate" and "homes for sale." Also on the top 30 search terms list: "remax.com homes for sale" (No. 22), "remax.com" (No. 27) and "remax real estate" (No. 28). Century 21 and Coldwell Banker each appear once on the list. Keller Williams does not appear among the top 30.
