Westford Town Scavenger Hunt Today

RE/MAX Prestige Westford is the key sponsor of a wonderful scavenger hunt throughout the town today. This program was put together by RE/MAX in order to help promote the local businesses within the town. Scavenger Hunt participants must go to local stores, restaurants, and service providers and take photos of certain items at that location. Each photo they snap can earn the participant points. At the end of the day the scavenger hunters will meet back at RE/MAX Prestige in Westford where scores will be tallied and prizes will be awarded. This is just one more way that team Prestige is getting entrenched in the communities where we do business.

RE/MAX Prestige Acquires RE/MAX First Choice of Northborough/Marlborough

It is with great pleasure that we announce to you today that RE/MAX Prestige has acquired RE/MAX First Choice R.E. With this acquisition RE/MAX Prestige adds 45 new Team members who will add over 600 transactions and $200 million dollars in sales volume. We are thrilled and honored to welcome these new Team members into the Prestige family.

The combined company will collectively do over 3000 transactions, over $600 million in sales volume, and have over 250 of the best agents agents in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. This expansion will give RE/MAX Prestige 2 prime offices in Worcester county and start to bridge the gap between our Eastern MA/Southern NH and Western MA operations.

We would like to thank Jim Flanders, Broker/Owner of RE/MAX First Choice R.E., for his over 20 years of dedicated service to the RE/MAX system. We also would like to thank Jim for the trust and confidence he has placed in us and for allowing us the great opportunity to expand RE/MAX Prestige into central Massachusetts.

Good Afternoon: Famous Supermodel Tyra Banks once said that she knew she made it big when she made the centerfold of Sports Illustrated. Well, RE/MAX made it big a long time ago, but this month we also made it into a beautiful double page photo spread in Sports Illustrated where our RE/MAX hot air balloon, the most recognized logo in real estate, was featured on the scoreboard at The World Series. When people think smartphone, they think Blackberry. When they think car safety, Volvo. When they think real estate, they think RE/MAX. More than $75 million a year is spent making sure one name stands out amongst the many that consumers may choose from....RE/MAX. If you think brand doesn't matter, think again because that Kleenex you just used is really a Brand and the seller down the street didn't decide to call a real estate firm, they chose to call RE/MAX.

RE/MAX Glows in Sports Illustrated World Series Photo
You can't miss the RE/MAX Balloon Logo in a Sports Illustrated photo spread in the magazine's Nov. 8 issue. The photo captures the scoreboard at AT&T Park in San Francisco during Game 2 of the 2010 World Series last month.

The first two games of the five-game series were held by the bay, and that means tens of millions of fans and TV viewers saw your brand. Now add to that SI's millions of subscribers and readers.

RE/MAX was a 2010 season sponsor of the World Series champion San Francisco Giants, and the partnership benefits extended into the postseason. As fans filled AT&T Park for games one and two, they passed dozens of RE/MAX banners all along the Embarcadero waterfront roadway. A Thanksgiving Pie For You

With 2010 approaching its end I wanted to take this moment to say Thank You for your continued support and friendship throughout another great year. I love my business because I have the privilege to work with great people like you.
To show you my appreciation I hope you will come by my office on November 23rd between 9am and 3pm to pick up your complimentary Apple Pie from Mann Orchards in Methuen. It is a wonderful dessert to enjoy on your Thanksgiving holiday, and it is one less that you will have to prepare, giving you the opportunity to spend additional time with your wonderful friends and family.

Thanksgiving Pie Pop By



This year we will once again be offering the Thanksgiving Pie Reverse Pop By program to those agents interested in participating. Here is how it will work.

We will prepare personalized Thanksgiving postcards for you to send to your sphere of influence. Reply to this email with the number of postcards you would like. You will be charged $12.50 for every 100 postcards printed. You will be responsible for getting them mailed (or working with your admin to get them mailed). We will have your cards delivered to your office within 3 business days of you sending the request to me. My assistant, Morgan, will call you to get details of what phone number/contact info you want on the postcard.

By November 12th you must email Morgan with the number of pies you want (MorganQuinlan@gmail.com). We will send out reminder emails before then. The pies are fresh baked 8 inch apple pies from Mann Orchard in Methuen, MA and they cost $7.95 each. We will pick up the pies on the afternoon of November 22nd and will deliver your pies to your office that day. On November 23rd the offices will have fresh cider and coffee and will be ready to welcome your clients in to pick up their pies. We always recommend you order a few extra in case someone forgets to RSVP.

We will bill you on your Membership invoice issued in December for both your pies and your postcards.
