RE/MAX Prestige Named Top 10 by Boston Business Journal

What better way to start the week then to pick up a copy of the Boston Business Journal and to see that RE/MAX Prestige is named as a TOP 10 REAL ESTATE FIRM IN MASSACHUSETTS!!!! Life seriously doesn't get any better then that! So, if you're a potential buyer and you're wondering what TOP 10 status means to you... it means that all of our agents are seasoned professionals so if you're working with a RE/MAX Prestige agent, you're in great hands. When the market's off a little... we keep getting better! If you're a seller, this is also great news for you! Our agents are the creme-de-la-creme. Our agents are on top of the latest technology and trends in real estate. That's why we are doing MORE business this year then any other year! Our sales are up 33% this year over last!

Needless to say we are really excited about this news. We look foward to continued growth and we look forward to moving up the Top 10 Chart next year since 2007 is turning out to be a blockbuster year in real estate at RE/MAX Prestige!

A Trip to DC

Today's the last day of our conference in Washington DC. The retreat featured real estate office owners from all over the United States. We came out to find out if there were new ways that we could improve our offices. The most important piece that we took away from the conference is that we need to work on improving our technology even further! In Merrimack Valley we are so far ahead of the curve with technology because of our in house Members Only site, Leadstreet with automatic drip campaigns, Design Center, and more. However, what we realize now is that we need to broaden our horizons. For one, we need a blog, so we decided why wait! We also learned that many offices are taking advantage of technology offered on U-Tube and Ipod podcasts to grow their offices. The bottom line is, if, as owners of the best real estate office around, we aren't embracing all of the technology available to us, then how can we expect our agents to? As of today, we are committed to finding new ways for our agents to compete in the market using all of the great technology available to us. As well, we will continue to take advantage of all of motivational and inspirational seminars that are out there because you never know when you'll get that next great idea.
